What time did the police raid his house? Is it possible he left the boys for awhile, disposed of Susan, and then came back for the boys?

I don't recall the exact time LE forced open a window and entered the home but it was well after Susan was supposed to be at work. I am thinking it was closer to lunch time when they put it all together that Susan wasn't at work and Josh wasn't at work and LE got the go ahead to enter the home.

I wish Susan's family could get those children away from him. If he's innocent, they can be returned. Those poor boys
