Orangeburg County deputies are looking for a registered sex offender who failed to notify officials of his address change.

According to Orangeburg County Sheriff Leroy Ravenell, 30-year-old Albertus Lawson moved from his Neeses address in June 2011 and did not notify the Sheriff’s Office of his new address within the required three day period.

Deputies say a warrant for his arrest was issued in August 2011 and they have been unable to locate him.

The Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office says they currently have 141 registered sex offenders.
